1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene considerations, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as “final sale”

  • Disposable vape devices once the package has been unsealed

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no additional cost)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims based on the evidence provided.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

“Return/Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Include in your message:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or refund

  • Supporting images or videos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

 

4. Refunds Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Store credit may be offered in some cases

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
